Hi, I’m Gui. I’ve spent years working with fighters to help them master their mindset through mindfulness. Along the way, I’ve not only interviewed top experts on my podcast, but deeply studied their processes and techniques. I’ve taken these insights, adapted them, and crafted a breakthrough approach to mindfulness training that’s both practical and transformative.

And it’s not just fighters who benefit. I’ve brought these same principles into the boardroom, working with organisations like the BBC and other top companies. The same tools that help fighters stay calm and focused under pressure also help professionals perform at their best. This is about human skills — universal techniques that anyone can learn to stay present, find flow, and thrive in any arena.
