Our 6-week program is thoughtfully designed from years of hands-on experience and deep expertise. This course is built on Gui's extensive background, with over a decade of teaching mindfulness and collaborating with top fighters and leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience, and performance psychology.
You might have come across mind training or watched some of Gui's videos, piquing your interest in why so many fighters are adding this to their training routines alongside diet, strength and conditioning, and physical preparation. Over the years, Gui has helped fighters become the best versions of themselves, teaching them to manage their thoughts effectively and stay present in the moment.
Based on feedback from thousands of participants, we've developed a comprehensive curriculum that delivers powerful, transformative results, both in and out of the ring. Each week focuses on specific techniques and strategies to enhance mental resilience, reduce stress, and improve overall performance. Understanding these fundamentals can lead to less stress, more confidence, and a healthier, more positive outlook on life and your fighting career.
Our course is specifically tailored for fighters, with easy-to-follow daily exercises available on our new online platform. Each day features meditations and practices aligned with the week's focus, helping you to master your mind and excel in the ring.

Course Details
Here is the structure and key components of our transformative 6-week program designed to enhance your mental strength, reduce stress, and boost your performance both inside and outside the ring.
Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: Sunday 4th Aug
Sessions: 90 minutes each, every Sunday at 10 AM (subject to participants' convenience)
Format: Live online sessions (Hosted on Zoom and recorded for those unable to attend)
Price: £100 for the full course
Don’t worry if you can’t make it every week. All sessions are recorded, and we have a mid-week catch-up available too.
