How it Works

Embark on a captivating journey with daily online mental exercises that will guide you through to May 13th. Our effective knowledge and breathing techniques are designed to be straightforward and easy to understand, ensuring a seamless self-exploration process. With just 10 minutes per day, our program easily fits into your busy schedule.

Our enjoyable program provides you with a competitive edge over your opponent and the skills to outdo your former self. Week 1: Embark on a journey to discover the power of a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset, master stress management, and learn the fundamentals of mindfulness techniques. This first week alone is powerful and this is free for you below.

Week 2: Strengthen your mental fortitude by exploring resilience, utilizing your breath for calmness and relaxation, and honing your mindfulness skills with the mental push-up.

Week 3: Delve into the art of focus and attention, uncover your true 'why' behind your fighting spirit, and embrace the power of positive self-talk and affirmations.

Week 4: Ignite your motivation and discipline as you uncover the science of dopamine, trust, and the art of cultivating mindfulness through deliberate boundary-setting.

Week 5: Unite body and mind as you heighten self-awareness, develop an awareness of others, expand your emotional intelligence, and learn Dr. Andrew Huberman's double breath technique for stress relief.

Week 6: Prepare for battle in Fight Week as you learn weight-cutting strategies, perfect your post-fight interviews, manage last-minute nerves, achieve states of flow, and leverage these techniques to fully immerse in and enjoy the process.

First Week Free!

Day 1 - Growth Mindset

We introduce you to what a Growth Mindset is and why this is critical to developing your Mental toughness and being open to new ideas. We introduce you to step-by-step science-based Mindfulness exercises.

Day 2 - Visualisation Technique

This is a deep dive into mind-strengthening techniques, including Mindfulness and Visualisation. We identify our ‘Anchor’ to return to the present moment.

Day 3- Creating New Habits

How can we form new Habits, and how can we let go of old, unskillful Habits? We tune in to Dr. Andrew Huberman’s tips for Habit creation to prime us for the 6-week journey.


Day 4 - Dealing with Stress

Do you struggle to turn up and perform on the big stage? We review what causes stress and how to mitigate it. We also introduce you to relaxation techniques.

Day 5 - Developing Confidence

How do we develop confidence, and what are the benefits of it to our mental and emotional well-being? We dig into affirmations and visualisation techniques.

Day 6 - Body and Mind

Learning to understand the connection between the body and mind. We introduce the body scan technique and reinforce our mental push-up

Day 7 - Reflection Day

Each week we will round things off with a reflection and review.
