This is a 4 session masterclass (one hour per session) to deliver the tools you will need to develop and sustain a Mindfulness practice that will help to not only reduce anxiety, but to give you the tools to live a happier and healthier life. I will help to show you the techniques to observe your thoughts and to detach yourself and your emotions from them, should you choose to. This is a fun science based mindfulness course and proven to reduce anxiety.
